Building a Roof That Performs for Decades
A proper roof installation is not simply about placing shingles on a deck. It is a layered system of interconnected components, each performing a specific function, and the performance of the completed roof depends entirely on how well every layer is installed and how correctly it integrates with the layers above and below it.
At Anner Roofing Services, every installation in Acton, CA begins with a thorough assessment of the structural substrate. For new construction, this means verifying that roof framing meets the load requirements for the selected roofing product. For full replacement installations, it means inspecting every square foot of the existing deck for moisture damage, rot, and nail-pull issues before any new materials go down.
We then install the full roofing system in sequence: drip edge at the eaves, ice and water shield in all required zones, synthetic or felt underlayment across the full deck, valley flashing, step and counter flashing at all wall transitions and chimney bases, pipe boot flashings at penetrations, and finally the primary roofing product. Every component is installed to the manufacturer's specifications so that warranty coverage is fully preserved from day one.
